A unique and creative partnership between the Governor’s office all the way down to our most vulnerable partners, the employers in our rural communities, is the collaboration we need to create an effective solution to our state’s workforce needs.

Our educators are our soldiers, fighting for the future of our children. We must communicate with all teachers, superintendents and coaches directly, so that we are solving the real issues that exist in the education system today. We must provide our educators with the correct tools to continue shaping future Hoosiers into intelligent, responsible and hardworking individuals, giving Indiana’s next generation the chance to be a powerful workforce with strong leaders.

In a State where our best and brightest are mired by substance use disorder and lack of adequate mental health resources, it is our duty to connect them with the most relevant resources and solutions for their actual needs to ensure they have the opportunity to live fulfilling and productive lives just like their friends and neighbors.
